Easy chocolate sandesh Recipe Steps

Step 1  Mix chenna and sugar and knead smooth.

Heat a heavy-bottom or nonstick pan.Add ghee and the paneer mixture. Cook on low flame. Stir continously.

Melt the Cadbury chocolate in a double-boier or in a microwave.

Step 3

Add to the chenna mixture. Cook till the mixture leaves the sides and comes together like dough. Remove from heat.

Step 4

Knead again till it's smooth or blend in a blender.

Step 5

Off-White Arrow

Break the dough into small balls. Shape them with a mould or press gently into shape with hands & place pistachios in the middle.

Your cadbur Choco-Sandesh is ready.
